Last Saturday, if you drove down our street, you would have seen the cutest little boy selling his toys for $1. He begged us to let him set up a yard sale. As soon as I said yes, he raced around the house pulling out whatever toys were closest to him. He amazes me a lot of the time, but especially when it comes to his stuff. The boy has such a healthy perspective over this things - he just gives them away, at any time, to anyone. It teaches me a lot to have such a loose hold on the things we own. Another little boy who is in Owens class came up the street to shop, but he didn't have enough money.... so Owen reached into his change, pulled out 4 quarters and gave it to him so he could "shop" for a toy. He didn't sell anything else except to that little boy, but he was so excited to set up his table and wave to everyone who passed.
